If you have oily scalp but want the hair growth benefits on our oil you can use as a pre-poo treatment before your shampoo. You heat up oil in microwave or on stove top until warm (20 secs in microwave, 5mins stove top). Apply to scalp evenly using dropper and massage into scalp for 1-5 mins. Follow up with shampoo bar, rub hands with shampoo bar under running water to create suds and add to your hair. (a little goes a long way) Massage into scalp and use more for ends if needed. Can detangle with this shampoo bar. Follow up with protein mask and section hair into 4. Apply 1-2 quarter amount into each section and leave on for 10-15mins. Rinse with warm water. Lastly, seal in all that moisture with our Stevie's Mix (a little goes a long way), You can use as desired with your favorite leave in cream if you like.
